Am feling really useless at the moment haven't even managed to get all my books out and my order is due friday can get away with sunday so am really lucky but things just seam to be trying to stop me ! but saying that I did sign up a new rep on monday and I only went out to put a few books out and I have an appointment tonight and tommorow am hoping they go better then the last actual appointment I had !

AAAARGH! I need a rant!!! :mad:

For the first time ever, my delivery this time is a complete mess - at least 20 items missing (correct number of boxes, but one had almost nothing in it, despite being well sealed).

I'm now faced with sorting out all the back-orders in a week's time, and I'll bet there will be one or two customers who say 'forget it, it was an impulse buy anyway!'). I'm absolutely fuming and needless to say, will be looking for every possible opportunity to [STRIKE]fleece Avon[/STRIKE] maximise my earnings!

Sorry, rant over! Back to the sorting out!

Hi I've been lurking for ages and this is my first ever message on MSE.

I have been an Avon rep for about 6 campaigns now and I do Ok but really need to get more territory which I'll look at after Christmas.

For now I really need some advice. When I put my last order in I had a complete blonde moment and ordered C18 brochures when I meant to order C1. Now my question is can I return the C18 brochures in replace of C1 at the next campaign. If yes - how as they have no order nos?

Major bummer, I have just realised I have left myself short and have no order forms left!

Do any of you have any spare that you will be able to send me?

If I dont get any I dont know what I will do - I'll have to try and make one up on the computer or something!

I may be wrong but as far as I am aware you cant return brochures once you have purchesed them, im sure I read it somewhere, but maybe if you call them they will make an exception if they see you have order camp 18 brochures before and then they will let you know how to return them.

They let me swap them once before, as long as you ring them as soon as possible and say it was an honest mistake they should let you swap them. Sometimes you have to ring the call centre and speak to one person who will say no, and then ring back 5 mins later and speak to someone else who will say yes. Its a very messed up system.

If they won't swap them for you contact your asm or sl and they might do a swap for you
