Hi,
If they dont reply back to me within a few days, if its the weekend I let them have a bit longer, then I give them a quick call, that usually seems to speed them up lol xProud to be dealing with my debts

I was just wondering if you lovely people could help me. I have been doing avon for about 7 months now and have got quite a few returns to do. Is there a time limit on when you can do a return from and do you have to do individual returns forms for each item? Its quite scary how much avon stuff you can just have lying around!!0

You can request credits within 90 days, you get one returns form per invoice (if you request all credits on one invoice in one go if you see what I mean?)
Once you have requested credits you have 36 days (roughly) to send them back before they are recharged. Even if they are recharged you can still return them if they are within the 90 day period.
HTH x:heart: Think happy & you'll be happy

You don't have to do a returns form for each item. Just enter all the items you want to return and then do 'print returns form' and you should find all the items showing on it (check before you print). You need a returns label for each form, but you can put 2 or more batches of returns in the same box (with thanks to the prople who answered that question for me a few weeks back) as long as each has its own returns form. Just make sure you attach both barcodes to the outside of the box.
I hope that makes some sense, but if not, just ask.

Ok. Thanks for your answers, so if they are over 90 days old and im cheeky and put them in the box will they be sent back to me or just lost in avon owrld somewhere?0

Hmm! - not sure about that one. However, don't forget that when you're doing returns you don't want to be returning the cheapest one if there is more than one available
Another thing - if you've acquired a bonus bag freebie and there is an item in there that you don't want for yourself or for a prize draw or something, check whether a customer has bought the same item in the past 90 days......if you follow my drift......

A-ha! Inspiration has struck!!!
You can't put them on the returns form if they are too old, as they won't be offered as possible returns.'Better to ask a silly question than to make a silly mistake' Elliebee's Mum

If you know any other local reps and they've sold the item in the last 90 days, you could ask them to return it for you? It's a little cheeky I know, but most people would hep you out.
A rep in my area was in danger of going to debt, she had accumulated loads of excess stock but hadn't returned any of it, to be honest I'm not sure she's that bright. Anyway, I know it was her own fault but I did feel bad for her and her little one, so I returned tons for her on my account and Dave's if we'd sold it inside the 90 days, once it had been received at Avon I sorted out the money for her (I insisted on getting her giro slip off her and paying it into her Avon account myself). The remaining stuff I sold off for her at pub parties - it was bargain basement prices, but a little money was better than none for her. Anyway, I got her account back to scratch for her, and she's repping again. No benefit to me in all of this, but it felt good to be able to help her.
Anyways, that's a pretty extreme example, but it's just a thought. Not sure what the official line on it would be, (my ASM told me don't tell her and she won't ask), but the way I see it, Avon don't get ripped off, the ASM doesn't lose a rep, and the rep doesn't lose their income.0 -
ok i think i might keep the bits for gifts then.
thanks for all your help.0
