I havent been out to collect my books tonight like I promised, i feel really bad. I hope my customers will understand

My hamster was put to sleep at only 7 months so I was really shocked and I really didnt want to knock on doors to collect books and go "I I I I've Jusssst come ttto colle...." *and then the tears flow*

Do you think my customers will be mad? it wont be too late to add them to my order or anything but I do hope they dont feel let down.

I couldnt even get my fella to collect them cos he is working nights tonight

Try not to worry just tell people you had a family emergency if they ask (most won't and there will be even less that will ask what the emergency was) you won't be lieing and you won't feel daft (I know I would if I had to explain something like that even though most people would be really understanding) plus then theres less chance if you getting upset again which will be the last thing you want.
I hope you are feeling a bit better now and less upset Im sure the vet wouldn't have put him/her down if they didn't think it was nessacery you have probably saved the poor little thing from a lot of suffering.

i wouldnt worry about not collecting them tonight. Ive had a couple of occassions where ive been late fetching my books due to my daughter being in hospital and then me being ill myself and very few people asked why i was collectiong them late. Like the previous lady said if anyone does ask just say you had a family emergancy. At most I would think they would say oh i hope everything works out ok or something like that, you dont have to go into details at all.

I am very sorry about your hamster, I had to have mine put to sleep and he was almost 4 years old!! He had heart faliure The vet wouldnt have done it if it wasnt completely needed and the best thing for your hamster.

I hope youre feeling a bit better now and find you have loads of orders because you left your books that extra day so people had longer to fill their forms out

I tried Avon in my local area near Swansea and was disappointed to find it saturated with reps, almost everyone i called on already had a Avon Rep.:mad:

Seeing the popularity of Avon and an oppertunitity to offer customers different products I have been thinking of starting up on my own. I have found a local wholesale supplier who offers L'Oreal, Max Factor, Rimmel, Sanctuary Spa, Olay and other brands at really competitive prices.:D

I just wanted to ask if any of the Avon girls have found the same problem with their local area being full of Reps? and if anyone has or has thought about branching off on their own?

My C16 order goes in tomorrow, total so far £383 :T Looks likely that I'll top last months order total as I'm expecting a few more orders before the end of tomorrow

Im confussed my SL told me that c17 order went on 17th Nov and delivery was on 21st Nov and C18 went on 8th Dec and delivery was on 12th Dec
Can anyone advise please?

I checked by your area number last time, if you give me your postcode I can double check it on the avon sales leader website and we will know for sure whether it is correct or not.

Hi everyone,

How are all your totals - going? I collected 2 of my roads today and found that most people didn't leave the book out - which is unusual - so it took me much longer to collect them in and I still have loads to collect, however, I did get 12 orders worth £250 and 4 new customers - so am very happy with that. I still have 4 more roads to drop and only 9 days left for campaign 17! I probably won't get around all of it.

Sales leader update - One of my team members was rejected by avon and she had over £200 of orders - I tried to get her to sign up her daughter instead or to give me her orders but she just emailed to say - not interested anymore.

Another team member has an area manager with no contact details, have spoke to avon who apparently contacted this person but still can't get territory and she has no orders and no territory. :mad:

I have 4 team members who are doing well so far and 1 more that I can't get hold of, but if I can get territory for the 5th one I might be able to earn commission as a sales leader on my very first campaign as a sales leader as I have sent back the sales leader agreement - I would be thrilled, plus I would get my fast start bonus too, so fingers crossed everyone please.

I went prospecting on friday with area manager (she is lovely) and I have 4 appointments booked in this and next week, so hopefully they will all sign up, but if at least 1 of them places an order in campaign 17 I should make my commission and FSB and then :beer:
