I don't think a sample as a free gift is a good idea. If you want to still give a sample out, then give it with a cheap bottle of shampoo or senses handwash.
If you treat customers well, they'll trust you more.
Personally I don't give out samples(Avon make enough out of us without charging us for samples);)
I offer customers to order the full size product, and if it's not what they want they can return it for a full refund...90% will keep the product, if not, you just return it.

I rang Avon back the other day and got straight through (unusual) and they have agreed to send the missing item straight out for me, as it was a in a blink eyeshadow should arrive in the post sometime next week.

Been one of those weeks and as a result haven't managed to get all my orders delivered yet, am at work till 7ish tonight which means I won't be home till 8ish. Not sure whether to pop round tonight or leave it till Sunday or even Monday. What do you guys think? Can't do anything tomorrow really as I have a wedding to go to.

Just a quick question...

I'm trying to put in my campaign 16 orders and have been asked to order the cat costmetic purse from camp 15 (page 232 item number 22517) and when I try to imput that code into the online order form it says it cannot be ordered in that campaign - I'm confused - did I miss the thingy in the invoice that tells you what numbers are different?

Any help would be good as the order has to be in by 10pm!

Have you tried searching for it in Campaign 15? I don't know any different code, sorry!

Edit: searched CAT is brochure 15 and it's the first on the list and let me add it to the order, hope it works for you that way!

Yes, the number was printed wrong, but I can't find where the correct code is on the new website :rolleyes: and the code from C13 when I ordered it is no longer working on the website either :rolleyes: so a call to customer services might be in order. Sorry I can't tell you more than that.

EDITED: Melvis's way works better. Never even noticed that keyword search box up in the top right hand corner before! Doh!

It did have the wrong code and the proper one was on the old website so sorry no idea what it was.

Me neither :rotfl::rotfl:

I click on the little magnifying glass on the order form and it brings up a search window with the option of searching Brochure products, HT products etc with a choice of the 2 possible campaigns

yay im so glad i put my phone number on my order forms. Had a text today off someone who said id left a book at their uncles but they'd like to order themselves so can they drop it in over the weekend

Had £15 in orders today from territory and 2 people who have passed their books elsewhere to friends etc so im HOPING that will lead to orders. Currently got sales figure of £239.50... which personally im really happy with especially as its only my first campaign and ive only covered half my territory. Just hope it continues that way...:p

I have alot of texts when people have got their orders ready etc.
Also i send out a mass text when i am ready to deliver the goods, they then text me back with convenient times for them.
