Thanks!
Im trying to reach £250 to get the free incentive sample kit! Managed to in my first campaign
Dont think I will this time though :-( but im keeping my fingers crossed.
so far i have only taken orders from F + F and got the guts to do my street yet... Maybe this weekend will be the time :-)
If you are refering to the free samples you can get in your first 6 campaigns as a rep - then don't worry, the levels have actually been reduced to £78 and £148, which makes it much easier to get lots of lovely free samples! - the new leaflets have been updated to reflect this, but me & probably a lot of other SL are still working through the old packs that have the higher levels on.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -
firstly...digital photo frames. am gutted that a few people on here have had problems. ive ordered one for a christmas present, wrapped it as soon as it came as its for my OH so now will have to unwrap it and check it otherwise wont be able to send it back after xmas right?? what about customers who have ordered them as presents?? grr avon sort your products out
a customer ordered the coin COUNTER and that stopped counting but she kept it anyway, as for the coin SORTER i was going to order one for another present but wont now that there are so many bad reviews of it.
NEXT....a customer ordered perfect wear foundation in camp 15 (im now on 18) she said its ok on her but noticed in photos she looks completly white and would like to change it for a darker one. well...when she ordered it was £6 but in the next 17,18,1 its £10 or £12! what do i do?
when you credit things they credit you with YOUR COST dont they?? so i would get £4 back and then still be 6 or 8 pounds short if ordering another? does anyone know what price it is in book 2?camp 12=£443 13=£425 14=£277 15=£474 16=£492 17=£438 18=£437 1=£319 2=£153:o 3=£220 :jSALES LEADER:j4=£202 5=£191 6=£167 7=£193 8=£216 9=£211

Phia - Cant you send the foundation back and ask for a replacement? This way it should be at the same cost (shouldnt it?)
Well just been and collected the missing 12 books from yesterday. Only managed to get 5 back but one did have a £17.50 order in so very happy. Had a couple of other orders from F&F today and I'm now up to £125 with a big bulk still to come. Yippee!!!0 -

You can only back order one campaign as far as I know. If C12 is your back campaign then maybe it will be OK when your order arrives; just check your invoice carefully.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

phia, you would give the customer back the price they paid for the product, and Avon will only reimburse you the cost price.
Why don't you email them and explain as above, the customer has noticed she looks completely white in photos and would like to exchange for a darker one.
Avon does have a 90 day guarantee from when the product is delivered to the customer. Anyway, no harm in asking if you can exchange it.0 -

Hi Emmy
what campaign are you actually on? are you a trendsetter?
Because normally if there is an offer on products it does show on the "show subtotal" page, the discounts applicable.0
