ooh that's naughty. normally HT shows you the cover off the campaign book but HT for C2 has a different pic to the book.

I am sure I have seen this cover for another book - not sure if I still have the HT for it though.

yes use photobucket

goto the insert image icon on the advance option, and paste the url from photobucket, but remove the img from either end as these are duplicated on this forum.

Just wondering, is anyone else having probs with the Accounts Dept side of things? For the first time ever have received an email reminding me that I have a small amount outstanding on my account (this is actually for items I've claimed credit for and which are waiting to be returned with my next delivery). Have always just settled the nett amount I owe and never had this type of 'reminder' before. Is it me or have Avon changed their modus operandi?

I have had avon do this to me about 3 or 4 campaigns in a row - like you is was the value of credits - so if you went into the account balance - it actually showed as zero. It really wound me up though, and after a couple of times of it happening, I emailed customer service. They confirmed the zero balance, and said to ignore the email. I have not had it happen for about 3 campaigns now though - although there have still been credits on the account. I have given up trying to figure out how avon work lol!

blooming typical..i had put on my books that i would collect books in the AM today but i had my healt visitor coming round so i was going to see her then go...she didnt come..then baby fell asleepo...now it is raing...guess i missed the AM...grrr this is the first time i delivered to these houses..doesnt make for a good reputation grrr!

actually don't agree with that, this is what Avon said but the model on the left hand side is wearing it and it is lighter.

Oh, just thought I would mention - the baskets / hampers that I used for these, are the 99p ones from Morrisons that I mentioned the other day - Bargain!
