I like it sliced with tomatoes, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Ah, my mouth is watering just thinking of it...Anna :beer:0

I like it on a large mushroom (life's to short to stuff a mushroom, I know, that's why it has to be a big one!), first with pesto or tomatoes and olives, then mozzerella topped with breadcrumbs and drizzled with olive oil. Put in the oven on number 6 for 20mins...............ummmmmmmmmm
Had them last night.
I also didn't know you could freeze it!!! So many times I've seen it reduced and left it...........Doh!

We use it a couple of times a week. Mostly on pizzas or on top of pasta bakes. (Usually tomato and veg sauces.) Also use it sliced with tomatoes, olive oil and basil. And I like it in general salads too, sliced.
I think the blocks are best cooked though and the balls are lovely cooked or raw.May all your dots fall silently to the ground.0 -
Makes nice chees on toast too when you put some cheddar with it and a sprinkle of worcester sauce0

I got 2 reduced in Tesco a few weeks ago, they were almost at the sell by date, I used one the week after and it was fine, no-one died LOL. I was toying with the idea of freezing one but wasn't sure you could so thanks for the info.
I like it melted in tomato sauce over pasta too.0
