The woman to the right of the woman with the white sheet has two tattoos. One is a swallow which is mentioned in the riddle and the other is Ex valentine also mentioned, so I presume that's the area to concentrate on. I have to go now but will look again tomorrow if no one has got it by then.

wow this is so hard - a few of the other girls have tattoos but it still makes no sense to me!!!
