Virgin Mobile Contact Needed
Hi,
I am in the process of trying to set up a 300/300 monthly mobile contract with virgin as an existing Virgin customer for £10 per month.
I set this up on 29th of Aug and they still have not got it up and running, they are a bunch of complete incompetent idiots.
I have been fed complete BULS*** every time I contact them,
to date I have gven my bank details once on-line and 3 times to 3 different muppets who are supposedly IT experts. I have emailed [EMAIL="theteam@virgin"]theteam@virgin[/EMAIL] twice.
I would be greatfull if anyone can give me a name and contact telephone number or e-mail address of someone senior in there joke of an organisation.
Having teeth pulled is more pleasureable than dealing with there staff over the phone, that is if you can actually get hold of one.
