Cheap PAYG dial up for onetel phone line?

I'm back for more advice. I now have my computer at home, and am ready to go - except I don't know who to use for my internet access.
I have a onetel line, which seems to exclude me from things like Firefly, but I want REALLY CHEAP.
I won't use it much, I don't want to pay a flat rate, and need some recommendations please.

Be sure to phone onetel and ask them to block premium rate numbers as rogue diallers are so common on dial-up now that you run the risk of huge bills if you don't block them now.0 -
