Ukonline have said this to me " Also to avoid any down time when switching between ISP's please check that Easynet Migration Codes are compatible with your new network provider before signing up with them."

Probably you will have to check if your new ISP accepts an Easynet LLU migration code. Some ISPs do some dont, only they can tell you.
