GlennTheBaker wrote:I got an Amazon card a few weeks ago and made my first purchase to get the £15 voucher. My first thought when I got my statement was "where the hell have my points gone?" but a quick email to Halifax Card Services and they informed me that when you reach 1500 points, they are knocked off your points balance and passed to Amazon who, in turn, send you a voucher code by email for £15. Sure enough, a couple of days later and I got the voucher.0

I've just phoned them as I've had two statements now, but have had no voucher - by email or otherwise. The chap I spoke to didn't know anything about it and has got to go and find out before calling me back.
Another interesting thing, though, is although the T&Cs say that loyalty points can't be earned from doing balance transfers, I appear to have just under 1500 points from doing exactly that.
So, hopefully, I will end up with two £15 vouchers in the next few days.0
