Ring Sky and ask about there Sky Talk Surf package. I am sure they will transfer you and put you on the lower packages without worrying that you are in a 12 months contract.

My last Sky bill was £60 and that was for my Sky, telephone and Internet and we have made lots of calls as my MIL is ill at the moment. Before I transfered my last telephone bill was £75  so a big saving for me :D

We do this - pay about £53 (usual month) and have international calls free as well. Which is less than we were paying BT and AOL and get free TV (in effect) and the kids can phone Granddad in Spain whenever they like! Very good speed broadband that we pay for, but you can have the basic TV, phone and broadband for £27.

Queen I walk with my 6 year old, 3 year old and baby to school everyday and back and it takes us anything up to an hour to get there. It is a bit quicker coming back, if I push it I can do it 1/2 an hour.

  • When things get 'bad' what we have to ask ourselves and answer honestly is do we really need it or can we do without?

We didn't think we could do without skyplus lol but we manage on 5 channels now, or without our 'own' house, but we do just fine. We didnt think we could manage with a normal 5 seater car instead of a 7 seater (7 of us) but we do, we just find new and creative ways to do things now lol.

HOW!!! HOW!!! please, tell me how!!

I can just about manage with 4 kids in a 5 seater (although one is a lapbelt and I hate it). When baby comes it will be superglued to the roof or laid in the boot......

And OH works shifts, so is only off one weekend in 3... so I have to have them all....
