Brrrrrr...it's freezing today!
Spent a load in London (£90.00) and have nothing to show for itThe concert was very good and the hotel was nice. Spent Sunday walking round London showing the cousins the sights. Feel like I haven't been home all weekend and had no alone time at all!
Meal on Friday night went wellToad in the hole disapeared asap and while there's half an apple pie left I don't think any will survive to be posted to Manchester - sorry.
Tis a new week and after Pilates tonight I plan to have a relaxing bath and to chill...Currently studying for a Diploma - wish me luck

Hi Smlsave
Have also been lurking on your thread and the poussins sound great! My brother is a butcher and he does delish poussin, we also get our turkey from him every year, it comes already stuffed and has the bacon wrap on, plus sausage meat and a slab of duck and orange pate! MMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmm..........only 8 weeks to go :rotfl:
I've done Pilates as well (although def need to do it more!) and I discovered muscle I never knew I had, all those little movements kill !
On nights tonight so no Pilates for me today, just eat and go to work!KimmyCustard :j0 -
Hi Kimmy, thank you for delurking
It's nice to meet you.
How nice to have a butcher brotherMy Mum used to (many years ago) work in a butchers and I remeber most of all the minted lamb seasoning she got from work..yum yum
Hope work goes ok
Just ate a muffinwhich was free so I had to eat it....see? I shall swim extra fast tonight to work it off and then no doubt eat the left over apple pie slice with dinner, tut tut.
Can't wait for DH to get paid so that I can see how much there is to go towards the holiday!Currently studying for a Diploma - wish me luck

Hi Smlsave
Work was fine, the phones went down for the 3rd time in 2 days so things were peaceful! Unfortunately, the engineer was very efficient and fixed it in 2 hours - the toad.
I love holidays, we're thinking of going to the Maldives in 2012, went in 2007 and loved it, going to try a different island this time. Need to save save save tho!
Brother does ribs chops etc etc, also makes his own sausages and I am now a sausage snob and cannot eat any others! :rotfl:KimmyCustard :j0 -

Ohhh, the maldives! I really, really, really want to go there! My work colleague came back from the maldives only yesterday. sigh....
work is steady atm, bordering on busyHad a family friend send back a draft Will today which they had tried to sign but had done so completely wrong
all the letter said was please check and then call for an appointment to sign the same. :rotfl:I had to explain that not only had they signed in the wrong place, not dated it, folded it (you can't even have a paperclip indentation on it now!) there was only one witness and the witness she'd got was the Executor of the Will!
just have to laugh sometimes.
Managed 40 laps last night and shall try the same again tonight
I really shouldn't be able to go swimmign this week but I'm 'late' - to test or not to test that is the question?!?Currently studying for a Diploma - wish me luck
