Thnaks smf2, stacey and catht
Hope everyone had a good weekend.
I played in the garden, washed the car, went to ikea (spent our £70 vouchers), baked and cooked the dad's supper. It went down a treat and everyone loved the steak
However, there's loads of brie, stilton, cheddar and hallomi left in the fridge where nobody could eat any more ..... what am I to do with it?

I don't know
I've never bought haulomi before - I'd heard it keeps its shape when hot and was going to try it in a burger.
We tried the cheesy burgers from M&S but all the cheese escaped!

Halloumi cheese is the lovely squeaky cheese & is great grilled, with crisp salad or roasted veg. As I'm on a diet I'll just have the veg :AA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

We made another batch of elderflower champs yesterday! There are bottles and bottles of the stuff in the shed. We have to keep letting the gas out to stop them exploding
I have to do that all the time....oh sorry you were talking about the bottles:cool:
