Thnaks smf2, stacey and catht :)

Hope everyone had a good weekend.

I played in the garden, washed the car, went to ikea (spent our £70 vouchers), baked and cooked the dad's supper. It went down a treat and everyone loved the steak :D

However, there's loads of brie, stilton, cheddar and hallomi left in the fridge where nobody could eat any more ..... what am I to do with it?

Good idea stacey! What combinations would you suggest?

DH doesn't like stilton so its a good thing that quiche freezes!

Is haulomi (however u spell it) the stretchy one. Id try the brie cheedar lots of the cheddar and a little bit of the hallomi.

HM quiche tastes a world different from shop bought

I don't know :o I've never bought haulomi before - I'd heard it keeps its shape when hot and was going to try it in a burger. :) We tried the cheesy burgers from M&S but all the cheese escaped!

Brie and bacon quiche has just caught my fancy :)

Halloumi cheese is the lovely squeaky cheese & is great grilled, with crisp salad or roasted veg. As I'm on a diet I'll just have the veg :A

as there was none in the house :rotfl:

We made another batch of elderflower champs yesterday! There are bottles and bottles of the stuff in the shed. We have to keep letting the gas out to stop them exploding :p

I have to do that all the time....oh sorry you were talking about the bottles:cool:
