DH has bought himself a new camera though *rolls eyes* It takes HD short films and will be great for when the baby arrives - so I've been told;). I couldn't argue about it too much though as he'd actually saved for it himself but still *shakes head* we've just bought a car and the camera basically costs 1 months repayment on it.

Yeah, but lovely baby photos are something you will treasure forever, long after the money's forgotten.

Only 16 working days left :T

Corrrr, hasn't that gone quickly. Good luck with everything!

Hi Cath and SMF2 :) Time certainly does fly by when you look back at it!

My Mum has now decided that I must be having a boy as its being difficult. Midwife is worried that it's breech so I'm off to the hosp next Fri to be checked out. I got all emotional and upset about it at first but have calmed down and am trying not to worry. And here i was hoping that I'd have an easy birth to make up for a sickly pregnancy

Living room has almost had its second coat of paint (only two walls to go) the paint smell is getting to me now so I'm off to have a bath while DH washes up.

:o I admit to spending £20 on pizza tonight, it would have been cheaper to get the M&S deal but i was trying to be good :rotfl:Guess i failed

Corr, what are you feeding him grateful!?!? :) Thank you so much for keeping his things to one side for me, it's very very appreciated. *big friendly hug*

Have been naughty and asked DH to pick me up from work today, wasting my day-rider and his petrol :o

You don't do that very often though so don't worry about it, it's really nice to have someone there waiting to take you home. :)

    Ta ally :)

I've just gone over the spreadsheets to see how were coping. I've looked particularly at the grocery spends for this year so far and have to say that I'm quite pleased :) They come out as:
    Jan - £157.01
    Feb - £176.65
Mar - £65.57 (we were on hols)
    April - £202.40
and this month is currently at £150 so while we could do better we haven't gone over the budget of £200p/m

Now if only we hadn't just bought a car, a camera, a laptop and were going on mat leave :rotfl:

Feeling better today though so we're going to have a go at another coat of paint on the cot bed and I'm cooking dinner for DH and BIL.
