Hi grateful :) We're team yellow and am looking forward to the surprise in June.

We live in Swindon, Wiltshire :) Am just lucky to have a lovely aunt and unce to visit. Last day today and have visited some garden grounds (my treat) and am just off to sun bathe in the garden :)

Tomorrow we're off to Cheltenham to visit Nan for lunch :)

Morning! Am sat back at my work desk...doing enough just to keep on top of things :o naughty me.

Ohh grateful, if you're happy keeping hold of your boys stuff for me that would be great :D Are you ok storing it for a while longer? Only 9 weeks to find out if we're having a Mr or Miss :)

We haven't actually bought anything new for Smllet yet, its all second hand or been a gift :)

I guestimate we spent £100-£150 this Easter (including petrol) so while not a cheap weekend it was lovely and we did go spending in lakeland which is always dangerous.

Good old beans on toast for dinner tonight :)

  • I am happy to hang on, would rather give it to a person I "know" IYSWIM? Exciting, we were team yellow, were soo surprised he was a boy. Lovely surprise though.

I was pregnant with two friends all team yellow, it was great. We decided between us friend one boy, me boy, friend 3 girl. I had a girl the others had boys. So only got 1 out of 3 right. :rotfl:

I was convinced DD2 was a girl, but OH and my mum both convinced she was a 'he.' Going as far as a baby blue bedroom:rotfl:

I wasn't surprised at all, but my mum was hilarious when I phoned her to say I had had a girl. Could not believe it. :rotfl:

Team yellow is great, I was in team pink first time round as I wanted to know. It's nice having the 'surprise.'

And I'm back again :) Had a good time in Wales with friends, ate too much and went clay pigeon shooting! A good laugh all round.

8 weeks to go now (19 working days) :D Is it wrong that I'm really hoping for a girl while DH wants a boy? I'm sure when it comes we'll both be happy with whatever - I'd be happy with a puppy or cute duckling too :rotfl:

Have to work out how much we've spent this month now.....cue Jaws music...

Corr, its been a week since I last posted!

May's spends weren't too bad actually :) We ended up with £5.50 left in the bank so I won't complain.

DH has bought himself a new camera though *rolls eyes* It takes HD short films and will be great for when the baby arrives - so I've been told;). I couldn't argue about it too much though as he'd actually saved for it himself but still *shakes head* we've just bought a car and the camera basically costs 1 months repayment on it.

Oh, the new car :) Its a silver ford focus which I'm picking up Friday and cost just under £7000. So we now owe Dad £6000 which I'm aiming to pay back in two years being £250p/m. Here's hoping DH gets a decent bonus in June to make it feasible.

Our old car shall be going on ebay and hopefully we'll get some pennies for it. I'm optomistic for £150-£200 after seeing what other cars are going for.

The living room has had one coat of paint and is due another on Thurs :) It looks really nice and fresh. Once that's finished I have to empty the study to convert it into a nursery as we've now picked up a cotbed :D

I've got a list longer than my arm to do but thought I wouldn't bore you with the whole thing :) Only 16 working days left :T
