Can anyone give me some pointers on the companies to avoid for phone/broadband/tv packages???
Also, I would be grateful for any recommendations for current deals out there on phone/broadband/tv packages for new customers? Cheers

Check if you can get cheap Sky broadband at your local exchange, use Samknows, or the Sky broadband site. If you can it will cost you £17/month(plus BT line rental@£12 ish) for the basic package and free up to 2mbps broadband,That gum you like is coming back in style.0

If you’re in a cable enabled area use Virgin they are the only true BB provider no BT line required (oh the joy…).
Have used Orange not a single issue with them, I only left due to the free BB sky had to offer.
I personally use Sky as I can’t receive cable when I moved it was a nightmare there were so many problems re my BB. (Yes you can have it; no you can’t and so on)
I then took Martins (MSE) advice re cheap ISP’s, now using PlusNet no set up charge 30 day rolling contract – no problems so far & under £10/mth.
There are so many offers out there its crazy, it all depends on what you are looking for cheapest, most features and so on.
Let me know and I’ll see what I can do, I can easily see all current offers out there (I am employed by a leading ISP)
AND NO I will not recommend ours if it is not what you need. I don’t work for Sky, BT or Plusnet yet use there services as they are what I need and the best prises I could find.0 -
