Warwick isn't great for shopping. It's right next to Leamington Spa though, which is better.0 -
Depending on what you will spend on presents how about New York, we had flights in December last year for £250 each return and shopping is so cheap it is a joke. Hotels are another matter but you could stay in NJ and come in on the metro.Totally Debt Free & Mortgage Free Semi retired and happy0

I work in Manchester city centre and can honestly say that the Chrsitmas Market compares very well with the ones I have been to in Austria and Germany.
The main German Market is in Albert Square and there's a further European Market that runs down Brazenose Street from the Square. Added to that, there's another German Market in St.Anne's Square, within 100yards of Harvey Nicks. Added together, it's actually bigger than the Christmas Market in Salzburg
and most of the stall holders travel over from Germany every year to take part.
My colleagues and friends make regular visits to the market for the Gluhwien and hot pork sandwiches.
Manchester has an abundance of hotels to fit every budget and you'll never be short of things to do and see if you do get all shopped out.

How about Belfast?
There are loads of great shops, and the new Victoria Square Centre is great. It has the biggest House of Fraser in the UK. The biggest IKEA in the UK (and the only one in Ireland) recently opened just a few miles from the city centre. There's usually a great continental market in the grounds of the city hall too.0
