my friend has given me a sony ericsson T610 (since she has had an upgrade) and i was going to give it to my mum.

Can these me remotely unlocked?

if not, are they easy to unlock?

What sort of price should i pay for it to be unlocked?

I dont think they can be unlocked remotely.

I paid £5 from an independent mobile phone shop in Birmingham - the big shops will con you!
