What a load of rubbish!
Somebody remind me, what was the programme trying to say?
The presenter just went around London a bit and remarked how lucky some people were to have bought decades back. I lost interest after about 30mins so maybe it improved after that.....

Every pound less borrowed (to buy a house) is more than two pounds less to repay and more than three pounds less to earn, over the course of a typical mortgage.0 -

in the second half of the program, the nottinghill market trader woman got a bit bitter about the new rich people who have moved in not liking market traders much and then the woman in social housing started complaining that if they bulldozed the horrible estate she lived in and put her in a new build she wouldn't know where to go to buy milk. i didn't notice much else of note, although the advert breaks were shorter than normal, which in this case was more of a curse than a blessing.0 -
