    morning all

I've not really been around this week as work has been a nightmare, plus the post holiday blues! In the end i think i've come back from hols too tired, it wasn't really enough of a break! I am so sick of commuting, and thankfully my boss agreed I can work from home today and so I am doing all i need to with my work laptop and mobile (whilst in pjs on the sofa;)) I might nip to starbucks later and test out the mobile internet dongle work gave me!

Sorry I haven't read the thread and I may not manage to, but I hope all are well and happy.

lil_me hope the MOT goes well, fingers crossed for you.

Valli - hope the boiler man has turned up and you have running hot water now.

Soappie - Take it easy - I would definitley vote for duvet day!!

Sarah - Pampering sounds like just what your friend needs.

Well I have been up since 6:30 but haven't done any flying yet. I had to take DH to work in Manchester (25 miles away.) He has broken his ankle and has been going on the train this last week but yesterday decided he didn't need his crutches. Result. His leg is burning under the plaster so today I have driven him in and he has taken both crutches. Honestly men!!! I try to tell him it will do more harm in the long run but he is just so impatient and wants to be out of plaster. Hopefully when he goes to fracture clinic on Tuesday they will take the plaster off.

On a better note DD (7 weeks) slept through last night from 10 til 6:30 this morning. Unfortunately DS (2) woke me up crying in his sleep at 4 this morning. Still that interruption was only short and I went back off now problems. As a result I am full of energy....I might even use it to fly!! Will post my list in a minute. Its feeding time for DD my right boob feels like it is going to explode!!

    Beany x

  • Morning all,
Well, after rushing about to get to DS's class we got there and its not on :(.
They may have announced it on local radio but we did not hear this mornings programme! Took DS to park for 10 mins instead though and now back home (obviously lol). Still struggling with energy levels  (and it is sticky hot here) so am only doing some of the list today (thankfully have been keeping DS's room fairly tidy this week and spare room is fine (full of boxes etc of DS's old clothes so not needing much done!).
Might get some of my own list done but also needing to take it a tad easy as its not worth over-doing it.
Take care and happy flying ladies (and gents if there are any!).

Morning everyone, hope everyone feeling poorly feels better soon.
Took DS2 for another eye test today and the woman thinks his squint looks worse than it is and hopefully as his bridge of his nose grows it will look less obvious.
Need to head to a car place late so hubby can get his car and then need to go a see a man about a second hand car. PIL lending us the money to sort the whole car situation out which is great of them but i hate having to borrow money.
My little sister is getting married today in cyprus and nobody heard anything from them from last friday when they left so got a message a few days ago from her on bebo and all it said was "well how's you?"
My lovely mother is coming up tomorrow so i need to get the house tidy and get the gardens cut and power hose the front before someone slips and breaks there neck.

Right better go and make a start.........
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.
