    Morning all

Sunny and windy here, perfect drying weather, and I've washed and dried my bedding and a load of clothes and they are folded and put away. I've just pegged the cats blankets out on the line and the machine is going through empty with vinegar to freshen it up and get rid of the hairs.

Dusted and polished and vacuumed all the bedrooms. Vacuumed bathroom and toilet floors, across the landing and down the stairs (Yes! I remembered the stairs today). Dusted living room and vacuumed right through downstairs.

Went over shops to pay the paper bill. Took the dog with me and she headed straight for the vets and scrounged four biscuits off them :D Piglet.

    Hope everyone's OK.

Where does time disappear to? I don't seem to have stopped this morning, but again, I don't think I've actually, formally, achieved anything. At least nothing that was on the below list I think.

Right, it's 12:34 and I have 2hrs before going to pick up DD ... hmmm.

    What have I achieved:
    • Been for a mooch across the market
    • Taken library book back
    • Posted cheque to book entertainer for DD's birthday (sssh ... tis a secret ;) ).
    • Bought 2 pressies for parties she is due to attend soon plus wrapping paper.
    • One load of washing done and hung out on the line, as I'm sure I saw a blue bit of sky .... please let it remain, just till I get one load dry .. pretty please!
    • Taps are soaking with vinegar
    • Loo cleaned
    • Dishwasher emptied and re-filled
    • Started to clear stairs of "junk"
    • Emptied the filters on the washing machine .. found 2 screws!
    • Broken one paper shredder, and the over has currently over-heated :rotfl:.
Right, anyone up for a HHC 12:45 - 13:15? If not, I shall "fly" solo ....

I want to do the following in that HHC:
    • Clean shower
    • Clean bath
    • Clean sink
    • Find the hoover
    • "File" the extraneous jars and potions which are cluttering the bathroom
    • Strip spare bed
    • 5 mins more shredding ....
But, first, let me finish my coffee :)

pigpen - terrifically well done on signing up for the course, and the very best of luck for the induction day!

mudbath - I think it's a lovely idea to plant bulbs. I was just saying to dad yesterday that I'd plant some for my uncle.

  • Morning ladies- or it was last time i looked.

whoever it was said they had a lack of sleep hangover, i know what you mean as i feel that way today, and no chance of a rest really as i feel like i have too much needs doing.

We have blue sky here too - intermittently, and i have washed a couple of loads today soi should get that on the line.

zed i will join you for that HHC in a minute. My goal is to clean the washing line, get all that washing out and feed the cats, plus whatever else i can manage, provided the boys don't wake from there nap.

Right, i'm off to put some shoes on an make a start
