  • Morning all,

Haven't been on since yesterday morning and your well up into double figures already! Not sure if I can catch up, as only done 5 pages, but may try later...

Triker - the little B**st'ds - They will get what's coming to them (I love Karma) but actually catching them and seeing them get whats coming to them is soooo much better - I think they should bring back Stocks in the middle of town for a**eh*les like that - Don't think I would go to work I'd be having so much fun... Hope you've managed to sort something out for today car-wise.

Anyway, did nothing yesterday as out at work all day, then in at 6.45, out again at 7.30 for a committee meeting and home finally at 9.30 - sat on sofa and didn't move, so house a total tip.

Up early this morning and have done the lounge, tidied kitchen and washed up (don't know what came over me, only a couple of bits though...) and have done my bedroom as pretty tidy already. Not even sure what's on for today so will have to check, but I will be doing my office/spare room as it's a tip and I can't work in there (which is probably why I'm not getting any projects at the moment!)

So, anyone up for a HHC at 10am? Just got a couple of calls to do first and I'm just having a quick cuppa break too?

Denise Im in. Oh my word I just woke up:eek:and found DS had turned on the telly, changed the channel to playhouse disney and had jumped in with me. Was happily chatting away to Toodles and the gang-looked at me all shocked like when I opened my eyes "hello mummy-wakka see tv". Its hilarious-he cant use a potty though:rolleyes:

Its raining and all foul (I WANT TO SEND SOME TO MY DAD!!!),but I have to get out to the cake shop. DF had to take the oyster card coz the bikes out of commission so I'll have to pay for the bus-I hate that.
It looks like it the box of chocolates then, Im chuffed-its the easiest one to make:rotfl:. The only real trick is I want to make a sugarpaste ribbon which is quite fussy, but Id prefer the whole cake to be edible-no promises though-I'll just see how we go.
Serena you poor thing. But like you say, they forget before we do:)
When DS had just started lifting himself up he was reaching over the side of the cot one day for something on the floor. He leaned so far over that he toppled over-landed head first after bouncing off the nightstand:eek:Dont know what I would have done if my stepmum wasnt there.
beanynharrison welcome back:) Dont fret too much-I havent done any backsliding yet but I think its mostly because Id have withdrawal symptoms if I didnt know what was going on on the flylady thread:cool:
Right, Im going to see how many of my dailies I can get done in HHC and then will post my list when I get back from cake shop.
Luckily I did alot in the kitchen yesterday so I'll be ahead today. I do need to still do the glass in the lounge though.
And I want to do a practice run of the sponge base-again, there are a few neighbours I can think of who will benefit from a few trial runs this week:)

denisefowler - shout up when you are back and I will join you in a HHC.
Nikki - congrats on the placement.

DH came home via Makro last night complete with lots of alcohol, some froxen prawns and a box of 48 flakes for me  . Very nice of him and everything but that is £100 out of the grocery budget on stuff that is far from essential. Ungrateful, thats me :p . If I'd known I was allowed a £20 fritter I would have bought some more bulbs......

Yet more rain here, and DS2 is not due at school till 1pm so lots of time for cleaning. Just need to find some motivation, and a hiding place for 'my' flakes first. I think I will make myself finish the living room before I start on the kitchen.
