:eek::eek: I just sort of caught up with the thread and reading the list of confessions discovered I have a LIST of my own:eek::eek::eek:And they started preflylady!
- I too have all my mugs and glasses co ordinated according to size and colour.
- When I make the bed I shake the duvet all the way to the top so that the seam of the cover matches with the duvet seam perfectly.
- The pillows are put on the bed so that the opening faces down and toward the outside of the bed.
- My shopping bags are hung on the door according to size and colour.
- The bottles in the bathroom are also lined up according to size and colour in three groups-mine,DF and DS.
Gosh we have a lot of newbies today-hope you all stick around-I love it here.
Speaking of Pigpen being gone, is it my imagination or has Greenbee been gone today too?
Right, Im going to get a crack on my lists-thought of a load of stuff to go whilst putting DS down. He wandered off to sleep saying..."mummy cake made eat Noah"
(we call my dad Noah-guess he was still telling him I made a cake)
P.S I was obviously typing this while Pigpen was posting so decided to move it as Ive not contributed much to todays tons of pages:)0 -

I've really enjoyed my first week flying whilst I've been off work for the week, but how do I now fit this into my usual lifestyle?
Cant do it in the mornings up at 6.30 leave at 7.45am DH gets up as I leave, get home at 7.30pm most evenings with thursdays and sunday off.
Do I try to squeeze it into the evenings or spend one day getting it all done?
Any advice gratefully accepted0 -

annie, when my schedules chaos (DP comments he doesn't know when I'd fit in a real job with all the voluntary work etc) I try to fit in small things in the spaces I have. I know what you're saying about when you get up/leave but try to do things before you go even if it's small like taking laundry downstairs, wiping the sink/bath over, vacuuming one room, dusting somewhere etc. It's amazing what small things you can fit in as you go along to reduce evening work. I have a small list of things to be done before bed, I don't go until they are done (well only occasionally) Maybe on bedroom day your DP can strip the bed and put it in the washer, you could put the fresh set (if you have 2) on when you get home. Nothing wrong with sharing the work out.
It may seem very sad but time yourself doing jobs can help decide what you can fit in and when....:oOne day I might be more organised...........

I'm heading to bed now i'm not looking forward to getting up early. I have brought myself a bell alarm clock which doesn't shut up until you turn it off. I'm going to put it on the other side of the room so i have to get up. I've been using my phone alarm but it only goes off for about 30 secs which isn't enough to wake me up.:o
