Hi Katie,

Unfortunately I have no update for you on this, we are still waiting and as I said previously this is, for the time being, out of our hands. I appreciate that this seems to be dragging on and for that I apologies but we do genuinely want to resolve this as soon as possible it is just that for now there is not really anything that we can do to speed up the process.

Does he seriously expect us to believe there is nothing he can do, he supposedly has the games there ready to send, the list is supposedly compiled so why the hell can he not deal with this quicker. Grrrrrrr... very frustrating. I can see us not getting this before Christmas now, the comp ended back in October !!!!!!. Very poorly run, not impressed at all !!!!

17th October I think was the end of comp date so thats nearly 2 months.....Never received the instant win t-shirt either. Zubo is for my Godchild but looks like we'll be lucky to get it by xmas.

Totally agree, that reply is extremely rude as well. Maybe a group email to the person above him will do the trick?

I havent had my t-shirt either and thats a separate issue entirely so they should have at least sent those out.

We are still having difficulties with the EA website notifications and as we do not currently have the official winners list we cannot check it directly. However, we know that you have been waiting for sometime now and we do not want the kids to have to wait any longer. We are trying to make sure that everything is ready to go through as quickly as possible as soon as we receive the full, official list.

So, if you can send me the following details we will be able to send you your copy of the game as soon as the list arrives to try and reduce further delays:

- The username you used on the EA site
- Which week(s) you were top of the leader board
- The name and date of birth of the child concerned
- A full delivery address

what email...when i signed up to the site it asked for a username and password? how can i receive an email...looks like i am outside the loop on this one. can someone help me?
