Just mailed Adam at Dubit again this morning as well as you Claire, between one of us,we should get a reply
I would imagine as before they havent heard from the States from EA and if thats the case it is out of their control and their hands are tied and they can do nothing but wait like us,I have asked them if that is the case and if so to chase it up and I also said we are now all feeling rather anxious.

Just rang Adam at Dubit and he said they still havent heard anything but has passed my e-mail to Kay who he works for, shes in the office later and if he has any news he will e-mail me back,he does understand we are all anxious and that we are waiting but like I said they can do nothing at the moment,I said it has been at least 2 months since the competition ended and we are still waiting but he did say that
we would still have to wait, for how long I dont know.He isnt sick of the hassle we are giving him over this matter as I said I must really be a pain in the neck ringing every few weeks but they dont mind as they want to see this resolved just as much as we do,so dont worry.
When and if I recieve an e-mail I will post it here later so you can read the reply,Sorry there isnt much more I can do I am afraid.
Just a case of hanging fire really.

Hey Katie,
This is still in the process of being dealt with; however, I would advise that you refer to the contest rules on the Zubo website. These have been on the site from the start of the competition and do clearly state that applicants must be between the ages of 7 and 12 years old. In order to claim prizes a genuine date of birth and place of residence will be required.

Thats fine, my son is 7 years old and I can gladly give proof of his date of birth and proof of residence. I think thats a really rude reply tbh that hes given there and he still hasnt replied to me at all. Am starting to get the hump with this one. If it was a prize draw I wouldnt of been bothered but a lot of time and effort went into entering all those codes. Grrrrr, ok rant over. And thanks for posting your reply hun x.Thanks to all posters and contributers :beer:0

i think hes got some front wanting proof of age. i've never been asked that by any other company that runs kids comps. i would rather forfit the game than give a strange man my childs proof of identity...think of the ramifications if it gets into the wrong hands.Wins: 2008: £606.10 2009: £806.24 2010: £713.47 2011: 328.320
