Just had another letter today telling me how great it would be to sell now the stamp duty threshold has changed to £175k, in fact my local estate agent are expecting rush of first time buyers and I should not miss this opportunity to sell.
Wow, people are beating down my door to have a look, I better get better locks fitted.0 -
I agree with everyone else, properties are sticking. I also get leaflets from my local EAs begging me to sell :rotfl: they must be desperate.
There are of course exceptions, like my friend's house that sold straight away (at asking price) but it was a beautiful property in a very desirable location.0
