Yes, some stores do have pay trollies, but then so do our local Asda/ Sainsburys and Tesco. You can buy a keyring now for a pound with a £1 coin shaped disc on so you never have to struggle for change when you get to the shop.
where can i buy the keyring? that sounds really useful!!
thanks!0 -

My MIL swears by the beef joints. The sausage and mash ready meals are good. Fresh flowers and potted plants are cheaper than other supermarkets (have deliveries only 2 or 3 times a week so worth finding out which days).
They also have v good seasonal products - toys for kids, summer garden stuff that can be very competitive. The cafe is cheap and no worse than any of the other Supermarket cafes - in fact def better than Tesco cafes that seem to be getting worse (or I am just eating better home cooked food these days).
I think some Morrisons stores are def better than others - some of the ex Safeway are smaller than their normal stores so are no where near as good.0 -
Hi
I think Morrisons is great.
After years of shopping at Asda I thought I would give them a try.
The veg in our Asda is appalling and I was surprised to find Morrisons of a very high standard. They do overcharge on the odd item but on the whole their special offers make it worth the visit.
I highly recommend their fish( a great variety and very cheap), veg and bread. And of course their BOGOFs!!
The most impressive thing is how clean their shops are and the staff in the one's I visit are most helpful.
Christmas shopping is also cheap there as there dvds, cds and books are good value. They also have a good selection of cheap household bits and bobs.
Hope this helps.

When I was working full time I shopped mainly in tescos for part prepared food and hated Morrisons. Two years at home with babies I learnt to cook and now hate shopping anywhere other than Morrisons. If you do a lot of cooking from scratch and like bargains then it is brilliant. I do the other ones every now and then to buy the special offers and 'posh' stuff that they dont stuff- eg Maldon sea salt or filo pastry. Having said that the former safeway one by us is rubbish, small with a limited stock.'If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need' Marcus Tullius Cicero0
