Wireless Internet Access Spain

Not sure if this the best place to post but here goes

Due to visit Spain in next couple of weeks.
Where i stay doesnt have landline, neighbours have no wireless networks either, but i wish to get on net

Last time at same location used an Orange Uk sim in an Orange wireless dongle (if thats what its called)
Didnt use much but still had decent bill at £3 per mb.

Went into a Spanish local Orange shop about a pay go sim , but said only did monthly contracts and advised to get a vodaphone one... which wont work in dongle anyway.

So wondered what was cheapest option have found a sim called Yoigo and suggestions

the helpless, the powerless, in a world of criminals who operate above the law.

  • I too am having a similar dilema... I want internet access for a break in Holland or Spain - is there any way I can swap the sim card in my dongle for a local one and get local rates? Three will charge me £6 per MB (thats massive isnt it?) Where I will be staying does not have wireless in the room - does anyone know if the McDonalds in spain and Holland have free wifi like they do here?
