Hi all,
Loving this part of the site. New to it, but have now entered around 30 comps, so fingers crossed.
Just looking for a bit of advice really please.
Are there comps that seem to have better success rates then others?
Also, say I entered 30 comps a week, is there any way of working out a rough percentage of winning?
Last one might be a stupid question, so I apologise in advance. :-)30 years of comping = 0 wins.
10 years of Lottery = £15.50.
I'm sorry for anything I did wrong in a previous life. But, please let me win an iPad.0 -

I'm gonna ask a dumb question (probably been asked before too) but seeing as everyone is on happy pills atm.......
with regards to links we post - if I copy & paste into the address bar, then 'they' won't know we've come through mse? Or should I stick it in google or something??
just being paranoid! but would appreciate knowing the extra effort is the right way!

Hi
I probably average about 200-300 comps a month, depending on time. I've so far had 1 large september win, last month had 6 small wins and also had a couple of months with no wins at all. Have been comping since January. Some people seem to win lots on instant win comps but I don't seem to. It reall is just the luck of the draw. But you gotta be in it to win it as the saying goes, and the more you enter the more chance of a win.
Beware though as comping is seriously addictive.
Happy comping and good luck :cheesy:0 -

But been using it today and not had any problems, so assume everything ok.
The reviews on the download page certainly seem favourable.0 -

I started 'serious' comping in January and I enter anything between 1000 and 2000 comps a month depending on how much free time I have. Some months I've won absolutely nothing but recently I've been getting more and more wins, some of my my best ones were today! A years supply of Divine chocolate and some anti wrinkle cream worth £75!! Just keep entering as many comps as you want to/have time to and I'm sure you'll be winning in no time!Small business owner 🧵 Ex MSE comper 🏆 Student loan repayer 💴 Romanian dog rescuer 🐕 Hopefully a cost of living survivor 🤞🏻0 -
Not sure if this is the place to put this but........
Doing a search for the comp ending threads E: dd/mm is all well and good but unfortunately does not take into account the year of ending - just spent 10mins trying to find a competition that sounded great but was posted in 2005! also trying to search the forums on mse comes back as 'nothing found'
