LOL - just spotted your wee one with a dummy in his mouth and another in his hand, my Piper was exactly the same, she couldn't sleep without one to roll in her fingers!!!

and to think I thought my near-3 stone since April was good!

something I've found, for those that crave chocolate, is to have a hot chocolate like options instead when you really want it - only 40 calories and just as tasty

Wow muffy you look fantastic hun...Well done...You know I had a struggle trying to put weight on..Ever since I was a kid i was so thin...After each of my kids I went straight back to 7 and a half stone size 8...I was so thin and could eat anything...but was so concious and unhappy....With last DD I stopped smoking and started a healthy eating plan and very happy to have gone to a size 14 and put 3 stone on...Feel much better..So even when we are thin it doesnt mean we are happy...I'd rather have a bit of meat on me.;)

im too small , if i put on weight it shows immediatley, im 5ft 2" and i fluctuate between 8st3lb to 9st, on ivf month i go up to 9.5 which does my nut in, so inbetween i make sure i eat healthy and excerise though i hate it, jogging is the only thing i sort off like so i do a few miles each wek, sitting at puter helps u pile on weight too xxxx muffy yourweight loss is amzing! you should be really proud, and ur ds is adorable xxx

I know the feeling toniq... hence my need to lose 1 stone. I'm just over 9.5 stone now and 5 feet 2 - not a good look considering it's all in my bum and stomach!!!!! I'm gonna do it this time though.

I'm 12st 9lbs and 5'2''. Not a good look at all!! Although Heartbreak diet is doing okay at the mo!! Have lost 3 lbs in a week!

I'm a weeny one too - I'm only 5 foot, and weigh 8 stones.
That's ok - until you put even a couple of pounds on & then you can really tell, with being so small.

Well done to you peeps who have done amazingly well to lose so much weight!! :beer:


Gert - be good to yourself & make sure you don't let anyone make you feel worthless!
You sound like a strong woman - so show him how strong you can really be without him - that'll put you firmly in control of the situation & may just scare him to see how easily you can move on without him!
