RCB - We were/are still giving it another go - tbh, I don't really know!! For a while, we were sleeping with each other at every oportunity but then he wouldn't sleep in my bed - said it was too soon - !!!!!!!! Since then I made the decision to distance myself and he did notice as wondered why - so I told him that until he decides what he wants ie me - then this is the way its going to be - problem is that I liked staying in on Sat night with him, cooking a meal, watchng a bit of tele, having a chat, sex was great but I know I can't really do that cos atm he ain't my husband - really don't know whats going on. May text him later - ask him if we are seperated or temp seperate or what?!?!? atm I am better of without finaically, house is tidier and calmer, kids are getting on fine apart from when he's just left, but then mins later, they are fine again. Just me being a softie and being on a downer!!
Have applied for my home grant to get insulatin etc for the winter, kids now have free school meals, aplied for a couple of OU courses, so I am better of like I said withou atm, but it still hurts incredibly...and the fact that I don't really know whats going on in his head is hard aswell - I mean he might be really happy without me, or he could be sat at his place every night crying his eyes out, I don't know...and I think I'm tooo scared to ask!!Made it - 15 years married!! Finally!! xx:beer:0 -

In marches Kelly to spoil the healthy eating karma...
I put on 6 stone when pregnant with my daughter and haven't shifted a pound in the 9 months since I had her. When I return from my holiday, I am going on a very low-cal liquids only diet in an effort to lose some of it.
The worst bit is that I had already lost 12 stone through sheer hard graft befor egetting pregnant. I went from a size 30 to a 14 and looked really good.
Anyway... savour the virtual fry up!!!

Mmmm chocolate.
Trying to be good. Need to lose a stone and want to do it before April (Florida holiday!). This morning I've eaten a yoghurt and a nutrigrain bar. So hungry.
90% of the time i'm on a low carb diet. It keeps the weight down but you don't have to cut much out. I don't eat bread (i'm buying a breadmaker to make 'healthy' bread), potatoes (eat sweet potatoes instead) very little pasta and rice. Its amazing the difference it makes in a short space of time. you need to eat quite healthy aswell but its not an extreme type of diet.

Sounds very healthy littleholly. I don't eat much bread at all but do eat lots of pasta, rice and potatoes. Hmmm. I use basmati rice instead of long grain as it's not as refined, and I do get through lots. Gonna have to try it. Problem at the moment is my appetite is huge and so cutting things out is making me very hungry, which makes me give up quickly. Need to get through this first bit and hopefully it'll be easier after that.Life is all about the journey.0
