Citroen Berlingo Multispace/Peugeot partner(although generally stay away from french/italian cars unless you have a tame mechanic)
Kia Carens/Hyundai Matrix/daewoo-chevrolet tacuma
Mitsubishi Spacestar
Chevrolet Lacetti estate/station wagon
Vauxhall Astra/Vectra estate
Focus/Mondeo estate
Any of these fairly cheap with loads of space."In times of universal deceit, telling the truth will be a revolutionary act. "

Land cruiser - loads of space for the dog - its what I would choose - if I had the money, and the dog...

i had an airedale terrier that fitted in the boot of a citroen AX, they dont need lots of room, just room to lie down in comfort. I would always make sure that the rear seatbelts were done up incase i had an accident, it would help prevent him flying forward a little bit0
