I've read all the posts on Isas and been impressed with all the knowhow, but as a pensioner, I need to keep my monthly income up, so can anybody advise on the best monthly cash Isa.
We're already into M&S and Safeway with annual int. and want to transfer them to monthly. Also have 9k in IF which is monthly but dont know if it's the best and would transfer if not.
Now need to put this years money in for self and the Boss so please help.

The link below should take you to the Moneyfacts comparison website "best monthly paying ISA" table. It shows B&B as the best payer with 5% AER (although note the max £21K limit). Your IF ISA only pays 4.55% AER, following it's 0.45% drop about 2 months ago.
If you would accept an annual paying ISA for "some" of your savings, then the Halifax Direct ISA (max £30K) is hard to beat in my opinion.

Follow the link to Moneyfacts in the blue box above. I am not sure, but *probably* BRADFORD & BINGLEY eSavings ISA is the best now with monthly interest (5% AER, 4.89% gross p.a. 0.4075% gross p.m.) ...
P.S. This time you were faster, YB ...0 -

Thanks for your help, Ive applied for one new ISA and will see how I get on. If B&B are on the ball, I will start to transfer the old ones across. Don't worry about the limits.....we are not that well off! Cheers.Life in the old dog yet?
