No harm whatsoever in two people thinking alike.

And I forgot about the store cupboard challenge.

    I should have added http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/protect/make-money

And what about a car boot sale?

And can OH get an extra part-time job?

thanks to all your responses, very helpful,

please confirm what the OS board is for the tips, sorry im new to this xx
also we are with gregory pennington , i guess this is not good

Will cancel sky and get freview box, our council tax, that is an agreement due to arrears.

The debt is in both names unfortunatly,
  • Hi
Try and change from Gregory Pennington and move to either CCCS or Payplan who will not charge you for the debt management plan thus you will be paying your debts more quickly and not lining the pockets of these sharks.

I think you can still get Freeview through your Skybox so I don't think you'll need to buy one.
Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free :)

    emmao, can you clarify?

Is your DMP £140 per week or per month? Just you have put monthly for everything but said in your post that DMP was £140 per week = £560 per month.

Phone....mobile or landline? People on here can get you better deals I should think.

Plus get rid of Sky asap.

Please speak to CCCs or Payplan. http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/loans/debt-help-plan#help

It is likely that they will decline to deal with your account at the moment until you get the mortgage up to date. Thereafter, they can help you.

In the mean-time please cancel this month's payment and put it towards the mortgage.

Glad you are going to ring ppayplan. would suggest you also ring CCCS as well, as there is no harm getting two opinions.

The other thing I was going to add is, do you really really need the car? if it is a choice between the car and the house, do you still need the car?

And if things start to get sticky, please contact NDL for advice on the processes you can use to help you deal with te mortgage company.
