It's here!! It looks and behaves like it's brand spanking new so hubby is over the moon
a great result and I'd advise anyone with a problem with Sony goods to contact them directly, I know the retailer has responsibilities etc, but this has been the best outcome in our opinion! skint but in luv :kisses2:0 -
It is often alot quicker goint direct, i had a faulty Toshiba photo frame, i rang up Toshiba and they send a new one next day and picked up the old one.
Now if i had done what alot of people on here said i should have done and send it back to Play where i bought it from, i would have had to sent it back and possiblywait 2 or 3 weeks for a replacement to arrive.0
