Insurance E&L

  • We refuse to accept direct payments from E&L and Domestic & General as the payments are unreliable and very slow. This also goes from any other policies they underwrite. Even if this is thousands of pounds - sorry but you get what you pay for

that says a lot snowman...my vet kind of said the same thing, without actually 'advising' me. they just told me which companies they 'found it easy to deal with and who were reliable'. i didn't ask about AXA at the time (wasn't aware they did pet insurance)...but their policy looks OK. i have been with petplan for all my other pets and they have always paid up, promptly. shame they discriminate against older pets though...
