Hi, I am buying a repossessed property and I need to a lender that is going to be swift on instructing the survey and with thei paperwork as I need to complete in 28days. I have not put my new offer in but I know that they will accept it based on previous offers. I rang a broker today and she said that some lenders don't…

Make sure you tell them all. Most application forms ask the question. If you lie you are breaking the law.

One thing I would say is we had a few lenders send apps back if we were applying for more than one. They dont want to and can afford not to wast time.
