Hey,
Bought a Nokia 6300 from Ebay recently which was listed as unlocked.
I've today put in my sim but it comes up with the message 'Phone Restricted'.
Does this mean the phone is NOT unlocked?

I wouldn't personally buy a phone from ebay as I've had many people call up because it doesn't work, due to the fact the phone has at one point been reported lost/stolen and it's been blocked. Call up your network provider, they will be able to tell you.

Yes thats reasonable, usually around £10-£15 for a BB5 Nokia0
