I realise things can be misinterpreted on t'internet but there is no way that was abuse. Simply a funny post to lighten the mood.

Seriously dude, people will be scared to help you if you carry on like that.
Why don't you just say sorry to Browntoa and we all have a group hug.

Trashing Google and making conspiracy accusations is ok but making fun of Google is apparently abuse.

Based on what? Do some reading on Chrome and you will find its not got such a open armed reception from the masses, the only people who seem to be barking on about how great it is are the reviewers who its probably in there best interest to keep google sweet.

Read the review here then scroll down to the comments at the bottom. http://www.theinquirer.net/gb/inquirer/news/2008/09/02/google-chrome-first-impressions--revolutionary

Personally I dont know why people are using chrome its in BETA and full of problems. The Java doesnt work, the facilities are ripped straight from Opera and Firefox, its built on old browser technology. And the EULA is just beyond a joke really.

Based on - experience, results and performance as a company, not just its chrome browser but MANY other great free products.

There are plenty of reliable reviews out there hailing chrome as ground-breaking. Already Firefox users are switching in their masses to chrome.

It is beta. So if it doesn't work for you then switch and stop moaning and let the rest of us who enjoy using it get on with it.

Unfortunately, Google have a quite a reputation for privacy concerns.

There's nothing ground breaking about it at all.

Im not moaning, im just pointing out facts that I have found on various review sites. As said above theres nothing great about it, its a patchwork of older browsers cobbled together so that google can jump on the browser bandwagon as they have done with everything else (youtube purchase anyone).

But hey if you want your computing (online and offline) to be controlled by just two companies ratherer than giving you the freedom of choice thats your decision.

By the way I am happy to debate the ins and outs of anything, but theres no need to be brash about it.

It was abusive because the implication is that I, or anyone concerned about privacy/spyware is somekind of crackpot, in effecti t is a smear and a cheap tactic to discredit my post/character.

How would you feel if you complained about a companys product and they sent you a response with a picture like that?

I won't be sayingi sorry to Browntea because he has not apologised to me, and even if he does apologise I won't be saying sorry for the simple fact I have nothing to apologise for.

There is no reason for people to not 'help' me in the future unless they consider posting abusive pictures is helpful, appparently some do. I don't think there was any misinterpretation, it was pretty clear the post was abusive.
