Right, here goes:
I've read much on the forums about mobile overrides providing free or cheap international calls by using freephone access numbers or inclusive minutes to call 'mobile' like access numbers.
I'm off to France next year. If I want to call the UK (landlines and mobiles) cheaply, do I purchase a French PAYG sim and use a French access number to override back to the UK? Is it really that simple? Where would I start? ???
