You won't get much joy from eBay on this kind of thing, unless they've very recently started to get their act together.
Go onto YouTube and search on "ebay watchdog". BBC Watchdog did an exposure on their lack of willingness to take tough action on fake goods. Also, some guy has taken to creating his video, expressing his disgust at the whole thing, especially as eBay are allowing the seller to continue flogging the same item.
I once reported a seller to eBay for refusing to honour my purchase because it sold too cheap. Although the eBay blurb says that they take a hard line on this, in fact they didn't want to know. They could have taken action against him by threatening to close his account, but that means less business for them. If they don't want to get involved in such disputes, I just wish they could be more honest up front.0
