Undersized car parking spaces

Just to let you know. My appeal was rejected.

They said and I quote:

"In order to be lawfully parked the vehicle must be wholly withing the bay markings"
"Your comments regarding the size of bay in question have been noted however, if you are unable to park lawfully in the bay then you would need to park your vehicle in anotherbay within the car park"

On that note:
I have just thought of a great money making idea. I design and build a car park where all the spaces are just a little too small for a standard car. I then run my own wheel clamping business and when people park in my car park I clamp them and charge the £100 a time.
On the notice board I will write in really small writing "_{you must park wholly within the bays}"

I feel better now that i got that off my chest. The problem is I am £80 down this Christmas.

Good God! What on earth do we pay our council taxes for???? For them to make 'smaller car parking spaces???' I tell you, this goddam country is going barking mad. No wonder I'm moving to Spain next March!!

It's absolutely diabolical. Don't pay the fine and don't pay your council tax next month! Let's all be anarchists!
