Tiscali intermittent connection

Tiscali have had problems towards the end of August/beginning of September (until 1000hrs this AM) with intermittent broadband connection. Their forums (if you can get on) have been full of concerned customers worrying about what is going on; with absolutely no answers from Tiscali themselves.
I am not going to knock Tiscali totally as they have provided me with a reasonable service (for the money) for a few years. That said, they do need to imrpove theri communication when there is a problem (like over the past week). Can I therefore ask fellow MSE's to lobby Tiscali to sort out their PR - if each of us sends them an e mail at least it may make them think.
So come on send that e mail, now.

My connection (tiscali) has been fine for ages. I have used their forums with a degree of success. It's actualy manned by staff so the info is failrly reliable. To say you can't get on is odd as i'm on most days (sad I know
but it's a good community) The reason it's "full of concerned customers" is because it's a support forum - duh!
I would post your problem in there (http://www.tiscali.co.uk/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=215) and ask for help like I did, worked for me.
All the best
