WooHoo! I just paid £7 for a haircut! (inc tip!) How much do you pay?
I get my Mum to do it (and no, she isn't a hairdresser).
Got a freebie from one of the salons in Edinburgh recently from a student but he cut it too short and I ended up having a fringe (which I hate) which means that everytime I go running or to the gym, I have to wear a hat to stop it from flapping into my eyes!
So, haven't paid for a haircut in about 4 or 5 years.
Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!
I was paying about £28 for a cut / dry - my hair is short - and I was never really happy with the cut or styles (I've tried nearly every hairdressers in town!)
Recently looking on Yell for yet another salon and came across a number for a mobile hairdresser and thought I'd give her a try. She came yesterday, did a great cut and blow dry and charged me £15 !
