Well... i don't think that op was being racist if that is wat your suggesting, simply stating a fact!

Propably you couldn't understand a word he said as you can with most call centers these days! And I imagine this is what op meant!

BTW op thanks for posting this I wont be using them... i don't want pics of my son ending up in the hands of somone else!

Glad to be of some help.
And they haven't responded to my complaint email either.
Don't think I'll be using them again, although I have 50 credits to use up.
Taking my wee girl swimming for the first time soon, I think I'll get those pics done in boots or something for safetys sake - we had to get special permission from the swimming & one of their staff has to take the pics.
This country has gone OTT with political correctness. It's a sad day when I need permission to take a photo of/with my own daughter.

Update folks - a very polite & professional girl named Laura replied regarding my email complaint.

She asked that I return the pics freepost (gave me a ref) for her attention and offered 200 photo credits by way of an apology for the attitude of the guy I spoke to on the phone.

Can't say fairer than that really.
Polite, professional & courteous.
Let's hope I don't get someone else's pics next time - I'd be daft not to use the free credits!

I have used Photobox many, many times and have never had a problem with them. Whenever I've contacted them by phone the staff (never had a clue about their ethnicities btw ) have been nothing but super-helpful.
