Photobox - A Warning

Hi all - not sure if this is the best place to post - I figured here as they give free prints for signing up/referring friends.

Anyway,

I've had 2 orders from them so far, and both times I've received my own photos AND someone else's photos!
Luckily for these people, the contact sheet with their name & address was not included.

The first time round I rang to complain & was asked for the reference on the back of the pics & then asked to dispose of the pics!
Today, I got an Asian guy who spoke to me like I was a piece of trash
"Hi, I'd like to complain"
(curtly) "what is it?"

He actually asked me to hold while he answered a call on his mobile!
This time I've to post the pics back to them via a free post address.

I've since emailed to complain in full, as that guy wasn't interested - I'd hate to think of my photos going to someone else - especially as most are of my wee girl.

Anyone able to offer alternatives to photobox?

I have had 3 lots of orders from photobox and they have all contained only my photos. Same goes for my family who have ordered from them, I am actually quite impressed with photobox. This is worrying, was it a whole pack of someone else's photos or a couple?
As you say wouldn't like my photos ending up somewhere else, wonder if this has happened to anyone else?

It was a whole pack of about 50 photos. Very worrying.
I'm waiting to see how they respond to my email.

I've had the same happen with Bonus Print.

I had the same problem with Photobox - ordered 75 photos of my new baby boy only to find 30 of them were of other people.

It's worrying to know who might have pictures of the baby!

I had the same happen - ordered 100, got 50 of someone elses.
I phoned them up, they instantly apologised and sent me out the entire order again, which arrived the next day.
Their print quality is the best I've found out there (and I've used MANY companies to print ), just seems like you got one dodgy SA

Yeah, I pretty much got the impression he couldn't care less.
