Hi all!! I've been away for almost a month so am just trying to catch up! lol.
Glad to hear there's a few bargains to be had out there...might have to head out 2dy or 2mw to use up some of SKMS Snr's R&M/NO7 vouchersShe also wants some of the davidoff stuff too!
Hope all's well! Also glad to see the boots thread (no 35) has a sticky!! so much easier to find!

Got one of those R & M mirrors with the little red shiny case to put it in. I'm going to pop it in my daughters stocking at Christmas. Lovely looking little thing it is too - thanks to welshmule for finding them and Ameliasmummy for showing the pic and explaining exactly where they were. :T There were 3 left when I got mine, although Ive just been catching up on the last thread and welshmule reported there was only one. So we may have crossed paths there yesterday. I was the lady wearing bright pink (to distract from bargains at til
) navigating the stairs many times, delving in her oversized handbag for multiple vouchers and looking rather stressed!! I only saw one couple though, they were very kissy kissy by the drinks fridge - was that you and your OH welshmule?
I wish:D  At our age we would probably have been reported :rotfl: My husband was the one standing in the middle of the shop upstairs with an empty basket while I was rummaging for my vouchers - havent explained bootsing to him yet - he couldnt undertand why buying a few things was so complicated:rolleyes: Shopping with my DH usually means him sitting in the car - but at least yesterday he actually came into the shop with me - with the promise of a coffee & cake if he behaved lol. You must have been in before me as there was only one of the r& m mirrors left at about 4p.m. - plenty of the others though. Have fun in Chester and what about Broughton?.0 -

i saw one shellshocked hubby in brum trying to hide behing the coupon machine whilst his bootster missus was racing between all the shelves, they should have a chair for the men lol as i kept shifting him outta the way cos i needed the coupon machine then he was in the no 7, timedelay etc trying to blend in:rotfl:***MSE...My.Special.Escape***0 -
Ooh shiny new thread :T
*Jelly Tots* - on the old thread you asked if I did all 5 transactions in one go. I did this time, put it all in my basket and headed to the tills, but I've had no problems at this store with any of the glitches recently, the lovely SA from last week was on the tills, and I'd promised OH I would be very quick. At the end I said thanks to the SA again for being so patient and she said no problem and she liked someone who knew how to shop.
Luckily my hair seems to like the TS serum, might take a while to get through all 6 bottles though .Initial Mortgage January 2024 - £160,000

Had a super morning in Boots today! Spent a load of pinkies. Managed to get 4 x nail buffers, an anti-cellulite balm, reduced socks, jk file and wipes, reduced hairbrushes, reduced man size tissues (more in a mo) and 2 x No 7 gloves. Spend was less than £15 and I gained at least 600 points.
In Folkestone today there are a selections of perfume which are 1/4 price. Also loads of toys reduced upstairs (some as much as75% off). Watch out for Kleenexe man sized tissues. They are being repackaged and in Ashford Boots they were going through at 45p each. My OH won't use any others!
Finally as mentioned before I got 2 x No 7 gloves using my pinkies. This was because several of you have expressed a desire for these. If anyone wants a pair pm me and I will pop some in the post for you. Would absolutely love to swap for a Bronze or Rainbow pallette or even a return pinkie, but don't let that stop you asking for them if you haven't got one. I did not get them with the aim of swapping as such. Just to give back to this thread. I will wait a while as this thread moves so quick and it will give evening posters a chance to ask. Hope that is fair.Newbie thread: go to the top of this page and find these words: Main site > MoneySavingExpert.com Forums > Household & Travel > Motoring > Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. Click on words Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. Newbie thread is the first post. Blue New Thread button is just above it to left.0 -
