Earlier in the day I posted here I had some No 7 Gloves if anybody wanted them. Before I give them away is there anyone else who "needs" these? I'm sure there was someone in an earlier thread who asked!

Oh no, I don't see why they should :) Just say (ever so politely) I emailed you about this yesterday but I appreciate you're very busy with emails so thought it might be quicker to 'phone instead. Be nice, pleasant and polite - I almost always find I get much better 'results' from complaining when I'm nice, rather than ranting ;)

okay, I think I'm all set to call tomorrow now :) or at this rate, I'll be giving you my ad card number and getting you to ring

"Enough" make-up? That's almost as ridiculous as "too much" make-up ;)

Im visiting my bf in Dundee this weekend, was going to try the Overgate boots while I was there (it would be rude not to) ;) can anyone tell if its worth going as I dont get to see my bf very often so he would be miffed if I didnt come back with some goodies. Hes very impressed with what ive told him about so far and even wants his own AC :T. Im just looking for reduced No 7 goodies, JK nail files and any other good clearance. TIA

This was in The Precinct :)

I was at Central 6 last week...... no TS serum then, but they might have some now. No clearance that I noticed either, but again, they might have one now.

In my experience the good thing about Central 6 is they've never refused my vouchers/coupons/ glitches (even the cheekiest ones!)..... if the till scans it and says 'yes' then they're happy to go with it :) Some of the SAs in town can be a bit more strict ;)

I'm sorry, I do not understand this concept of having "enough makeup"

  • I've got a bit of a problem with a red nose. Which is embarrasing, to say the least! My kids make reference to Coco the Clown, cider drinkers etc.
So when I was wondering around Boots with my till spits, and I came across Sanctuary Skin Comforting Balm I thought that might help my big red nose.
When I got home and tried it I was a bit upset that it felt like vasoline, and would lead to me having a shiny red nose, until I smelt it (its vile). I did, smear some on, and indeed my poor nose was shiny.
However, a couple of hours later it looked much less red, and now, after a couple of days it looks very nearly normal. (thats not true, it just looks much less red).
Its a shame they couldn't have made it a little more face-friendly - who would want to paint smelly vasoline on middle of their face?

Anyway - here's a (sort of) recommendation for Sanctuary Skin Comforting Balm!!!
